1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Webhook Studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

Webhook Studio provides a web-based, visual interface for constructing and previewing rich embed messages, and subsequently sending those messages via user-provided Discord Webhook URLs. The Service operates purely on the client-side, acting as an intermediary interface between your browser and the Discord API.

3. User Responsibilities & Proper Use

You are solely responsible for all content, text, links, and images transmitted through the Service using your webhook URLs. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes.

4. Discord Webhook Responsibility

When using Webhook Studio, you are interacting directly with the Discord API. Therefore, you are strictly bound by the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

You specifically agree NOT to use this Service to:

  • Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in API abuse (e.g., rate-limit bypassing).
  • Transmit malicious payloads, phishing links, or malware.
  • Harass, threaten, or impersonate other individuals or entities.
  • Send illegal, explicit, or copyright-infringing content.

We reserve the right to block access to the Service for any user or IP address found to be abusing the platform or violating these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

Webhook Studio is an independent, open-source project and is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Discord Inc.

The visual layout, design system (excluding Discord's specific UI replication used for previewing), and source code of the Service are the property of Webhook Studio and its maintainers. You are free to fork and contribute to the open-source repository in accordance with its license.

6. Availability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict the availability of all or any part of the Service for business and operational reasons without notice.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Webhook Studio or its maintainers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
  • Any action taken by Discord Inc. against your account or server as a result of using this Service.

Use this tool at your own risk. Keep your Webhook URLs secret.

8. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
